The Retail Employee / Project Specialist Early Morning shifts is responsible for performing a range of duties that ensures our customers have an amazing experience whether shopping in our store or picking up an order.    - This role will require early morning shifts starting between 5am and 6am. - A $2 per hour differential will be paid for early morning shifts scheduled to begin between 5:00 am - 7:00 am and spent unloading trucks and merchandising the store prior to the store opening. - Additional shifts may be available in order processing, registers and sales and would include daytime, evenings, and weekends. The Customer Solutions Lead position manages the daily workload of the Contact Center while allocating proper resources to each channel of retail. In partnership with the Managers and Supervisors, this position is responsible for keeping a laser-like focus on ensuring every customer receives astonishing customer service through selling complete solutions. They will also focus on assisting the team with problem-solving to resolve all situations to best accommodate the customer and the company. The Assistant Buyer position is responsible for supporting the Buyer in selecting products and setting merchandise directives for the stores and our online store. This position is actively involved in supply chain management, forecasting, inventory turn, maintaining competitive pricing and attaining margin goals.
