Leverage Specialists to connect with customers on our purpose of providing custom spaces, products and organizing solutions throughout the home. Maximize store traffic and the customer experience to drive sales and conversion goals during designated salesfloor leader shifts.  Achieve your store specific sales goals by role modeling, teaching and coaching TCS selling behaviors.  

The Visual Specialist position leads the visual efforts in the store (maintenance, merchandising and merchandise processing) conveying our organized brand clearly to our customers. This position understands sales goals and is accountable for partnering with the store team to reach these goals while understanding the direct impact visual presentation has on the sales success of the store. Schedules for this full-time role include daytime, evenings, weekends and early mornings totaling 38-40 hours a week.  

The Order Specialist is responsible for performing daily customer order management tasks that ensure timely, accurate processing of orders and organization of the stockroom. This position partners with the General Manager and Store Managers to ensure the stockroom is neat, safe and organized. This is a part-time, hourly, non-exempt position.
