The Corporate Talent Acquisition Business Partner – Contract position supports the Talent Acquisition function by partnering with Recruiters and hiring leaders to identify, engage, and build pipelines of qualified candidates for Home Office and corporate-based roles. This position focuses on sourcing and early-stage candidate engagement for professional, salaried positions across multiple functional areas, while ensuring alignment to established recruiting processes and priorities. The role assists with talent research, outreach, pipeline management, and sourcing analytics, and contributes to a consistent and positive candidate experience. This is a temporary, contract-based position with a hybrid work schedule based in Coppell, TX. Remote work will not be considered for this position outside of the hybrid working model.

Senior Manager, Talent Acquisition
Develop and execute sourcing strategies for Home Office roles using LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, internal ATS tools, and professional networks. Apply Boolean search techniques to identify qualified, hard-to-find talent.
Build and maintain candidate pipelines for multiple corporate requisitions simultaneously, ensuring consistent flow of qualified candidates aligned to role requirements.
Maintain accurate candidate tracking using Excel and ATS workflows. Support reporting needs related to sourcing activity, pipeline health, and outreach effectiveness.
Monitor sourcing performance and hiring trends, providing insights to recruiters on talent availability, role competitiveness, and sourcing effectiveness.
Partner closely with Corporate Recruiters to align on role profiles, sourcing priorities, and candidate feedback, adjusting strategies as needed.
Conduct professional outreach to passive candidates, manage follow-up communication, and ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the early stages of the hiring process.
Follow established recruiting workflows, documentation standards, and compliance requirements while operating within defined sourcing priorities.
2+ years of experience in corporate or professional-level sourcing, recruiting operations, or talent research
Strong experience using LinkedIn Recruiter and job boards such as Indeed
Proficiency with Boolean search techniques
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple searches at once
Working knowledge of Excel for tracking, reporting, and organization
Experience working within an ATS environment (iCIMS preferred)
Clear, professional communication skills (written and verbal)
Detail-oriented, reliable, and comfortable working in a structured recruiting environment
Ability to work independently while collaborating closely with recruiters and TA leadership
Experience supporting Home Office or corporate recruiting teams
Exposure to roles in Finance, Supply Chain, Technology, or Operations
Prior contract or project-based recruiting experience
