Field Talent Acquisition Business Partner
The Field Talent Acquisition Business Partner (TABP) supports The Container Store’s 100+ retail locations and distribution centers by recruiting top leadership talent and providing strategic hiring partnership across all levels of the store, and distribution center environment. This role partners closely with Store Managers, General Managers, Distribution leadership and HR Business Partners to deliver effective recruiting strategies, support workforce planning, and ensure a seamless candidate experience that reflects our company’s brand and culture. The TABP will manage end-to-end recruitment for leadership positions, support national hiring initiatives, hiring events, and seasonal peaks, while helping shape our employer brand through community engagement and proactive sourcing strategies. This is a full-time, exempt position, based in Dallas Fort Worth, on a hybrid basis, reporting to the Senior Manager of Talent Acquisition.

Responsibilities:
- Partner with Store, Distribution Center, and HR leaders to assess hiring needs, develop recruitment strategies, and manage full-cycle recruitment for leadership roles.
- Drive talent pipelines through proactive sourcing, leveraging tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, SeekOut, MetaView, and other sourcing tools, including community events and engagement.
- Collaborate with HRBPs to forecast headcount needs, build talent pools, and plan for upcoming openings based on business growth and market data.
- Lead and participate in hiring events, job fairs, and community outreach to attract high-quality talent.
- Support peak and seasonal hiring initiatives by providing additional recruiting coverage and process optimization.
- Maintain a high-touch candidate experience through consistent communication, transparency, and brand storytelling.
- Ensure compliance with all company policies and legal regulations in hiring and recruitment practices.
- Use recruiting metrics and analytics to track progress and identify areas of improvement in sourcing and hiring efficiency.
- Partner cross-functionally with talent acquisition leadership on employer branding and recruitment marketing to highlight career opportunities, including veteran and early talent pipelines.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience. SHRM-CP or PHR strongly preferred.
- 3–5 years of experience in full-cycle recruiting, with a focus on retail, store operations, or field-based leadership roles.
- Familiarization with AI based recruiting tools, including MetaView, SeekOut AI, LinkedIn AI based sourcing tools, Indeed Talent Scout and more.
- Strong relationship-building skills with demonstrated ability to partner with business leaders and influence hiring outcomes.
- Proven ability to manage multiple requisitions, upwards of 30 at a time, and priorities, independently, in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (iCIMS required) and sourcing platforms (LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, ZipRecruiter and SeekOut).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with a focus on timely follow-up, clear updates, and responsive communication with hiring leaders.
- Exceptional communication skills with a commitment to punctuality, transparency, and consistent updates to leadership.
- Data-driven mindset with experience using metrics to improve recruiting outcomes.
- Passion for delivering an exceptional candidate and hiring leader experience.
- Ability to travel occasionally for hiring events or onsite visits as needed, up to 5%.
